Gift Card Terms and Conditions
These Gift Card Terms and Conditions ("T&C") contain the terms and conditions, which apply to the purchase and use of a KüchenLand Home gift card ("Gift Card/s").
Your acceptance of these T&C is carried out when you are proceeding with the payment for the chosen Gift Card or by using a Gift Card.
Before making a purchase, we advise you to thoroughly review these T&C to ensure you understand how Gift Cards operate and are acquainted with any possible usage limitations.
These T&C are applicable to United Arab Emirates Dirham Gift Cards acquired at any KüchenLand Home store within the United Arab Emirates.
References in these Gift Card Terms to "we", "us" and "our" shall mean (as applicable) KUCHENLAND HOME MIDDLE EAST TRADING CO. L.L.C, having license 1164696, issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, TRN number 104162759500003 ("KüchenLand Home ").

AUTHORIZED RETAIL LOCATIONS
- The Gift Card is solely valid for purchasing goods at any point of sale registered under KüchenLand Home within the United Arab Emirates.

DURATION AND BALANCE
- Physical Gift Card can be bought or loaded with a value of 100, 300, 500, 1000 and 2000 AED at the KüchenLand Home store in UAE.
- The Gift Card remains valid for one year from its issuance date, after which it expires. There is no option to extend the duration beyond this initial period, and any remaining funds upon expiration will be forfeited.
- The issuance day will be confirmed by receiving a receipt for purchase of the Gift Card which indicates the charged amount onto the card and the date of issue.
- Customers can verify the remaining balance and expiration date of physical Gift Cards at KüchenLand Home stores by directly contact the staff and physically showing the Gift Card.
- KüchenLand Home reserves the right to refuse any Gift Card modified, damaged or illegible, without any refund for the Customer.

PROCESS OF ACTIVATION
- Throughout its validity period, the Gift Card may be utilized at any KüchenLand Home point of sale within the United Arab Emirates for one or multiple transactions until the balance is depleted (reaches zero). It can serve as the sole method of payment or be combined with other payment methods if the Gift Card's credit is insufficient to cover the entire purchase amount. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card and cannot be reloaded.
- The Gift Card is non-refundable. The credit on the Gift Card is not convertible into cash and cannot be credited to another credit card or bank account.
- Additional discounts are ineligible for use when purchasing a Gift Card.
- When returning items purchased with the Gift Card, the money will be issued on a Gift Card. The credit on the Gift Card is not convertible into cash and cannot be transferred to another credit card or bank account.

NON-PERSONALIZED CARD
- The Gift Card is numbered and it is not personalized with any name so it can be used by its owner and must be presented to the cashier of the KüchenLand Home store when used.
- The Gift Card cannot be returned if lost. Stores are not liable for unauthorized use, as it is issued to the holder and does not require identification of the purchaser.
- The Gift Card is non-refundable.

LEGAL
- KüchenLand Home shall have no liability for unauthorized access to, or use of your Gift Card or for any delay or inability to use the Gift Card or the use of the Gift Card has been suspended in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- KüchenLand Home may suspend or restrict the use of the Gift Card in the event that suspicious activities are noticed with respect to the use of the Gift Card.
- This T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of and time to time applicable in the Emirate of Dubai (including but not limited - UAE Civil Law, commercial law, Consumer protection law and other related legislation).
