Terms of return

For your convenience, we will refund the money for your purchases at their purchase price in accordance with the following conditions:

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds and exchanges from the moment of purchase of discounted items are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition/packaging: unused, without any other changes, with the original tags attached, in the original packaging at the time of exchange or return.
When exchanging goods or returning money, you must present the original receipt.
If the item was purchased in cash, the refund will also be made in cash. . The cost of goods purchased using bank cards (credit/debit) will be refunded to the bank card (credit/debit) used for the purchase after at least 4 banking days. To make a refund, we will ask you to fill out an application and specify the details of the card with which you made the payment.
